Wood plastic profile extrusion machine is composed of conical double-screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, hauling off machine, cutter, stacker, mixer, crusher and milling machine, etc.

Features of the WPC products production line:
1.WPC(wood plastic composite) technology is suitable to produce WPC products at high value with various plastic and natural fiber, and the material is 90% of waste plastic and waste natural fiber.

WPC means PVC+wood powder and PE+wood powder. So our WPC profile extrusion line could produce the PVC/PE wood plastic wall panel/flooring/window/door/photo frame/decking/fence/bench/ceiling and railings. 
1. The whole process for the PP/PE WPC profile production is: Wood powder milling---PP/PE and wood powder mixing---PE WPC granulation---PE WPC extrusion line---After-treatment for the WPC profiles (mainly three kinds: Embosser, wire-brush napping machine, sanding machine) 
2. The whole process for the PVC WPC profile production is: Wood powder milling---PVC powder and wood powder mixing---PVC WPC profile extrusion line---after-treatment for PVC WPC profiles (such as twin-color printing, heat-transfer, cladding)
