WPC(wood and plastic composite) advantages:
The wood-
plastic composite material is a new kind of synthetic material through the process of crushingt, milling, granulating, extruding, calibrating, hauling off and cutting, which uses PVC, PP, PE resin or recycled plastic and plant fiber(wood powder, chaff powder, straw powder, etc) as raw material. This kind of wood-plastic is not only very similar with natural wood in apperance and touch feeling, but also has the same characteristics as wood of being sawable, planeable, drillable. It is of low bibulous rate, good mosture resistance, mothproof, mildew resistance, good resistance to acid and alkali, anti-corrosion, and is anti-deforming. The products are non-toxic, non-pollution, environment-friendly and energy saving, without formaldehyde, benzene and ammonia and other harmful substances. The wood-plastic products are widely in outdoor floor, close to water construction, balcony, landscape architecture, chairs and benches, fences, interior doors windows, frniture, etc.
WPC products production process:
Process: wood crushing—wood milling—plastic and wood powder mixing—granulating—wpc extruding—wpc products mould—products calibrating—hauling off—cutting—finished products treating(embssing, polishing, broushing, etc) – final wpc products out
This unit is composed of conical double-screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration table,
haul-off machine, cutter, and material reversal stacker, etc.The extruder adopts AC frequency conversion drive system, which is simple to maintain. PVC and wood powder is mainly applied to produce WPC profiles such as buliding partition, cabinet door panels,
windowsill, wall decorative panel, skirting, door frame, window shutters, photo frame, furniture edge banding, stair handrail, floor board, decoration cladding panel,
plastic door and window profiles,
aluminum plastic composite profiles, decoration profiles, etc.
With reference to the international newest technique, this
machinery can mix wood fiber and PP, PE, PVC, PS seperately. It adopets high speed conical double-
screw extruder which is equipped with cooling and calibartiong system, and ABB frequency conversiion control, RKC temperature controller. With advantages of high intensity and hardness, strong acid-base resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-deforming, formaldehyde free, being recyclable, the
WPC door, profiles, plate are environmental friednly products. They can be made into various section shapes and sizes, which keep the advantages of wood in processing performance and overcome the short lifespan, easily-damaged by worms and water defects of wood. Besides, they can be coated with glue and paint, nailed, drilled, digged as wood, and can also be molded like thermoplasticity plastics. They are widely used as they have the easy-processing quality of wood and the diversity and flexibility of the plastic process.
