PE+wood profile processing machine
This wpc(pe+wood) profile processing machine has special design for the wood and plastic composite. Conical twin screw extruder in high capacity extrusion, double screw in perfect plasticizing, automatic feeder systerm, ect. These all make sure to produce good quality wpc products at last. Changing the mould type, also can produces different size profiles, saving energy. 

WPC PROFILE PROCESSING MACHINE EXTRUDER TYPE 

I. The application of PE/PP WPC products:

Storage: such as material convey and packing, WPC pallet;

II. This item adopt recycling plastic (PE/PP) and plant fiber filling (wood flour and other fiber: rice chaff, straw staff, etc.) as main material, the product of which is ------"wood plastic composite", hereinafter called "WPC".
