The SJ105/75/50/35/1000 Four Layers Plastic Sheet Extrusion Line is a new style product which is elaborately researched and designed by Kica. It is applicable for producing high quality PP,PS multi-layer Sheet and stationery Sheet. Which are used for producing beverage cup , Juice cup and foodstuff packing box.
Structure feature:
(1)The extrude unit use new style big length to diameter ratio screw. The plastify result is good. The pressure is stable.
(2),Adopting special distributor and die, so every layer of the sheet is uniform and flat. Flow passage of the die is smooth. The adjusting of the die is easy.
(3)Screw and material tube are all made of 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen treatment . This will ensure the screw and the material tubes strength, hardness and process accuracy are high enough. And the sheet produced by this extrude unit is flat and even.
(4)Sheet structure is four layers, it is A/B/C/B. A is 7%-10%, BB is 30%-40%, C is 50%-63%.(It can be adjusted according to your need).
