This kind of production line is designed for extruding PVC doors and windows profile and cross-section communication cable pipes, Aluminum-plastic composite profiles, etc. It has stable plastification, high output, low sheering force, long life service and other advantages. This profile is widely used at home and office.
The production line consists of control system, conical twin screw extruder, extrusion die, calibration unit, haul-off unit, film covering machine, cutting unit and stacker.

Through changing extrusion die, you can use the machine produce foamed profiles.
